A home previously rented by Kylie Jenner has found a new owner who is not celebrity royalty, but actual royalty. His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Shari, the sovereign ruler of the emirate of Fujairah in the United Arab Emirates, recently paid $17 million cash for the Mediterranean-style mansion in the coveted Beverly Hills Post Office neighborhood, reports Variety.
Jenner rented the house when she was just 19 years old in 2017, while her current Hidden Hills mansion was under extensive renovations. Situated on four acres of carefully manicured hillside grounds, the palatial residence spans 10,050 square feet, with five bedrooms and seven full and one half bathroom spread out across two floors. There are two sets of gates guarding the premises, and inside, the rooms are characterized by hardwood floors, high ceilings, French doors, and wainscot-paneled walls. The front foyer has gray-and-white checkerboard stone floors and a skylight-topped dome ceiling.

Also on the ground floor: a wine cellar and a monochromatic marble kitchen and adjoining breakfast nook, both lined with windows that overlook the backyard. Upstairs, the master suite has a spacious seating area with fireplace, access to a palm tree-shaded private balcony, and a large spa-like marble bathroom with a deep-soaking tub and separate steam shower.

Out back, a curvaceous swimming pool is set into a large swath of lawn, and there's plenty of entertaining space: a 10-person dining table and two fire pits surrounded by a built-in banquette. These days, Jenner lives in her Hidden Hills house, and she recently acquired two more properties. One is a brand new resort-style Holmby Hills mansion, and the other is a vacant five-acre Hidden Hills lot that previously belonged to Miley Cyrus.
