Art Director
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience
- Determine how best to represent a concept visually
- Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use
- Develop the overall look or style of a publication, an advertising campaign, or a theater, television, or film set
- Manage graphic designers, set and exhibit designers, or other team members
- Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other team members
- Talk to clients to develop an artistic approach and style
- Coordinate activities with other artistic and creative departments
- Develop detailed budgets and timelines
Graphic Designer
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience
- Meet with clients or the art director to determine the scope of a project
- Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs
- Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message
- Design layouts, including selection of colors, images, and typefaces
- Present design concepts to clients or art directors
- Incorporate changes recommended by clients or art directors into final designs
- Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
Design Finalizer
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience
- Finalising files and artworks for all the jobs with pixel perfection and speed.
- Adapting artworks into many sizes
- Incorporate quick changes recommended by the clients into the final design within the constraints of time
- Ensures all work produced adheres to specified corporate guidelines.
- Prepare file for printing upon request; identify the size and the form with customer’s file.
- Develop graphics and material for presentations upon art director reques
- Carries out work as briefed, unless variations to brief are requested.
- Coordinate with the creative team of art directors and designer
- Has ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environmen
- Ensures your work is checked and signed off before releasing.
- Retouches images when necessary.
Video Editor
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience
- Capture studio-quality photographs and video
- Work both on and off-site
- Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing
- Work with our creative teammates
- Regularly collaborate with marketing team
- Follow the company's brand guidelines
- Present to senior management
- Develop an overall video brand messaging strategy
Photographer
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience
- Select and assemble proper equipment, and choose settings and props based on client's wishes and theme of the photo shoot.
- Properly light subjects using artificial or natural lighting and using flashes and reflectors where necessary.
- Determine desired images and compositions and choose equipment, props, settings and lighting to achieve desired results.
- Retouch, resize and enhance images as needed using Photoshop or other photography software.
